Collection: The Sage Cycle

Not all sage does the same work, and not all messes call for the same medicine.

One form clears the air. It’s sharp, immediate, meant for the moments when something needs to move now. This is the sage of boundaries, of saying enough, of opening windows and telling stagnant energy it can’t stay.

One form steadies the body. It’s grounding and supportive, working quietly beneath the surface. This sage is about nervous systems, breath, and coming back into yourself after you’ve been pulled too far outward. Less dramatic. More sustaining.

The final form is reflective. This is the sage of wisdom, integration, and hindsight. It doesn’t rush to cleanse. It asks you to sit with what remains, to learn from it, to carry forward what still has meaning and release what doesn’t.

Together, these three forms tell a fuller story. Cleansing is not one act, and healing is not one tone. This collection exists for the moments when you realize there is not enough sage for this shit, but you still get to choose how you move through it
