Below are the following terms and conditions that constitute our Gift Card Policy.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the gift card. 

CAN MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD BE USED TOWARDS A PURCHASE?
Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO BUY A GIFT CARD?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING & TAXES?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

CAN GIFT CARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A PROMO CODE?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

CAN I PAY FOR ANOTHER ORDER THAT INCLUDES A SUBSCRIPTION WITH A GIFT CARD?
No, you cannot use a gift card to pay your subscription. You must provide a current payment method and allow reoccurring payments. 

CAN I REFUND A PURCHASE MADE WITH A GIFT CARD?
Yes. If you used a gift card to pay for your purchase and are requesting a refund, the refund will go back to the gift card.

CAN I REFUND THE PURCHASE OF THE GIFT CARD?
No. All gift card purchases are final.

WHEN DOES MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
5 years after its purchase date.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD?
Only if you choose the physical gift certificate option. Be sure to include correct recipient shipping information at check out.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
Digital gift card options are sent electronically to the email address provided at check out. 

CAN I SEND A DIGITAL GIFT CARD TO ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS?
No, our system does not support this at this time. You can, however, forward the gift card to an additional email from your email.
