Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crum Canoe Candle Co. 
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy:
Shipping Processing Time
All IN STOCK orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for CUSTOM ORDERS to process.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone provided.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

We are proud to offer a number of Domestic Shipping services through The United States Postal Service.

  • First Class Mail
  • First Class Package
  • Parcel Select Ground
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express

We are proud to offer multiple International Shipping options through The United States Postal Service.

USPS International Shipping services:

  • First Class Package International
  • Priority Mail Express International
  • Priority Mail International

Shipping Rates are calculated and will be displayed at checkout using the current rates offered by USPS and may vary per order.
The Crum Canoe Candle Co. has NO CONTROL over the cost of shipping rates.


Please Note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  Orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
  • After your order is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order. 
  • Tracking and insurance are included options in selected shipping service.
