DISCLAIMER: Your final product may differ from the picture listed due to the nature of being a small batch, hand poured company who creates custom orders specifically for you.
That being said, we want you to love your products as much as we love creating them for you. If you are upset for any reason, you can contact us via email, and we will work together to find a solution.
We recommend you choose a shipping method at checkout that includes appropriate insurance coverage to insure your entire package. We package fragile items and do so with care, however, we have no control over how they are handled during the shipping process. Upon delivery, inspect your package and contents within. Photograph damages, shipping box, packing contents, etc. in the event you have damages. Contact your selected shipping service immediately if any damages are present.
Pictures are required of any and all damages, shipping labels and proof of purchase being reported. Without pictures, a damage claim cannot be processed, and you will not be reimbursed so PLEASE take and provide clear pictures.
